Rio de Janeiro City

It is a neighborhood in the South Zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro , one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city , with the occupation that began in the seventeenth century , with the construction of farms in the valley around the Carioca River , which descends from Corcovado , in the High Boa Vista .
