Conveniently located, slightly back from the A31 between nautical Southampton and Bournemouth with its golden sandy beach, This converted single storey cottage is comfortably furnished to a very good standard. Stroll across the garden (shared with the owner) and through gates giving access directly to the New Forest with i'ts miles of heathland, and network of walking and cycling trails. Also within easy reach are Beaulieu, National Motor Museum, ,Exbury gardens, Salisbury and Lymington with ferry trips to the Isle of Wight.. The village of Burley, 6 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. All on ground floor lounge with patio doors to terrace and double sofa bed/dining area/kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower over corner bath, toilet and basin.
Services: GFCH all gas, power , bed linen (duvets) and towels inc. Cot by arrangement. Video. DVD player. Radio. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. 24 hour drying service. Large shared garden, sitting out area and furniture. Non smokers only. Parking for 2 cars.
PET: 1 well behaved dog only. Dog should not be left unattended in the cottage at anytime.
ARRIVAL TIME: Is 3.00 pm departure time is 10.00a.m. Please ring the owner on the day of arrival as cottage may be ready before 3.00p.m. . Note this time is required for cleaning and changeover etc.
