Home description

This beautiful oceanfront home has just been totally remodeled. It is a 2 level home with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a full kitchen, living and dining room. The living room is fully enclosed with full length windows and doors to let you sit and view the ocean from your sofa or chair. As you exit the living room you can enter the outdoor thatched gazebo that is adjacent to the new pool. The gazebo is equipped with hammocks and lounge chairs to let guests sit in comfort and watch the waves and coastline.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and has 2 kitchens, 2 living and breakfast areas. Each unit has ample lounging area with views of the ocean. The second floor has very large balconies with many chairs for guests to use. There is a wooden walkway that goes around the top of the gazebo and gives guests access to the bluff deck. From the deck renters can watch breathtaking sunsets, surfers, and migrating whales in winter.
The house can be rented as a whole or can be divided into 1, 2, 3 bedroom units. Ask for pricing.

The Ponce region

Rincon is considered to be the home of beautiful sunsets. It is one of the best surfing, wind surfing and kite surfing areas in the world. It has access to some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling, and whale watching, on the island. The temperatures 75-95 Fahrenheit through the year.

How to get there

Flights to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (BQN) on Spirit, Jet Blue from New York City are very inexpensive.
There are many car rental companies as well (ie. Dollar, Avis, Hertz, Budget, Enterprise).
Rincon is about 20 miles from Rafael Hernandez airport (Aguadilla, BQN).

The lower 3 bedroom, 3 bath portion of the house has 1 king sized bedroom with a private bath. A queen sized bedroom with a private bath. A twin bedroom with 2 beds has many children's toys, a porta crib (if needed), and safety bed rail (if needed). The living area has a futon. This unit can sleep up to 8 people.

The one bedroom, one bath upper unit has a king sized bed and private bath with a full kitchen, living and breakfast area. It has a futon in the living area. This unit can sleep up to 4 people.

The two bedroom, one bath upper unit has a queen sized bed, 2 twins, with a full kitchen, living area with a futon and a breakfast area.

There is a new pool that is adjacent to the beach with bench seating to allow guests views of the ocean and coastline. The gazebo has a new thatched palm roof with many hammocks and lounge chairs for guests to relax and listen to the crashing waves and ocean breezes. The wooden bluff deck allows guests to view the coast in both directions. Renters can see amazing sunsets, surfers trying to catch waves from one of the best surf breaks in the world, and migrating whales in winter.

Conditions

There is a $500 security deposit with rentals. It is refunded after checkout and inspection has been made (about 2 weeks after departure).
50% of rental fee and security deposit is due upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
7% Puerto Rico room tax is added to rental fees.
English is spoken when making reservations. A Spanish speaking representative is available upon request.
