A large detached village house with 4 bedrooms over two floors. The upstairs part of the house has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, shower room, kitchen dining room and sitting room and access to the roof terrace. There is air conditioning in this part of the house. There is a TV, DVD and CD player available in this apartment. The lower floor of the house has two double bedrooms, a separate sitting room with two bed settees, kitchen, and bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet. A cot and high chair are available on request, the bedrooms have fans (there is no air conditioning in the lower part of the house), there are electric wall heaters upstairs and downstairs for the winter time. The upper floor and lower floor of the house have separate entrances and are not linked internally. So this house is ideal for two families wishing to holiday together. Can also be used for a large family of 8 persons.
The apartment has its own large covered terrace (20m2) and a beautiful private garden (40m2). Table and chairs for 6. The garden of the downstairs apartment is children friendly.
The kitchen downstairs is fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, 3 ring gas hob, electric convection oven and grill. Washing machine, kettle and coffee perculator.

The property benefits from a pretty enclosed terrace garden with a beautiful orange tree and lots of plants /shrubs, sheltered by a large hedge for privacy. ideal for couples or families. There is a terrace with outstanding views to the sea. A very clean urbanisation, no cars permitted within the urbanisation, the village shop is within walking distance, and is open 7 days a week, for daily needs. There is an excellent super market close by (5 mins by car) . The property is ideally located for access to most locations, Rincon de la Victoria, and the larger Torre de Mar which are both close by as is Benejarafe all have lovely promenades, markets/restaurants/ bars etc. Attractions with a short drive are Water Parks, Sea World, Tivoli World, Crocadilos, Fuengirola Zoo are also within easy reach. Anoreta Golf is the local golf course. There are two excellent shopping centres within easy reach, including Zara, Mango, Bowl Plex and Cinemas.
You will be met on arrival by our representative/housekeeper who lives nearby. If you are arriving late at night we can accomodate requests for essentials to be purchased and left in the villa for your arrival, if requests are made in advance. Complete cleaning upon departure included in price.
Guests can check in from midday on the day of arrival and must depart by midday on the last day of their stay.
We request 100 euros deposit to be given to our representative/housekeeper on arrival against damages, which is refundable at the end of your stay.
A replacement charge of €50 will apply for the loss of keys.

The Costa del Sol region

The Rincon de la Victoria area
Benajarafe/ Chilches is situated on the eastern side of Spain's Costa del sol. Its location, some 14 kilometres from the regions capital, Malaga, lies within the area known as Axarquia.
Situated on the coast, between Rincon de la Victoria and Torre del Mar, it enjoys one of the best climates in Europe. The unique combination of sun and sea, makes it almost tropical.
Benajarafe is about 25 minutes to Nerja which boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. The beaches of Benajarafe and El Rincon de la Victoria are traditional summer resorts.

To get to this magnificent location, take the autovia from Malaga, heading in the direction of Almeria. You will pass the shopping centre in La Cala del Moral (10 minutes from Chilches) with many shops including ZARA and the supermarket Carrefour or use the supermarket Mercadona which is found at the entrance to Chilches.

We spent 2 weeks at this villa last year from 28 Sept to 13 Oct. We hadnt expected the weather to be as warm as it was, temperature was 29 & 30 degrees most days, we all returned home with bronzed bodies. Ideal destination if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city/every day life. Loved all aspects of the villa, it is very well equipped, even thinking of buying one ourselves now. All we needed to buy was food and essentials obtained from a very large supermarket that was a 4 minute drive away as was the nearest beach. As it was out of season, we practically had the beach to ourselves-felt like we were in paradise. You can drive along the coastal road and visit the larger towns if you like or travel inland to discover the small Spanish villages that are steeped in history. We didnt do much sightseeing on this visit our main aim was to lap up the sunshine, relax, chill and unwind. We hope to return again in the near future. My son and his family stayed in the lower apartment and my husband and I stayed in the upper apartment. We spent most of the time together but was also able to take time out on our own. Happy memories include watching my 3 year old grandson gain great confidence every day in the swimming pool, the amazing views from the rooftop garden, especially seeing the sun go down and spending quality time with my loving family. We all had a wonderful holiday.
