Home description

Comfortable detached village house with large communal pool and tennis court in superb location overlooking Mediterranean sea. Can be rented out as complete house or two separate apartments. Ideal location for all the family only 20 minutes from Malaga Airport. Located in the small but beautiful Spanish village of Chilches only 5 minutes by car to beach and supermarket.

The villa has a roof terrace and fantastic sea views as well as a large terrace and lovely garden area. Although a wonderful summer holiday rental, the Andalucian climate, which averages 320 days of sunshine per year, is temperate year round with highs ranging from 15 in winter to 30 Celsius in summer.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Costa del Sol - the Sunny Coast - is located in the south of Spain and it benefits from one of the best climates in the Mediterranean region.

Rincon de la Victoria area

Benajarafe/ Chilches is situated on the eastern side of Spain's Costa del sol. Its location, some 14 kilometres from the regions capital, Malaga, lies within the area known as Axarquia.

Situated on the coast, between Rincon de la Victoria and Torre del Mar, it enjoys one of the best climates in Europe. The unique combination of sun and sea, makes it almost tropical.

Benajarafe is about 25 minutes to Nerja which boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. The beaches of Benajarafe and El Rincon de la Victoria are traditional summer resorts.

To get to this magnificent location, take the autovia from Malaga, heading in the direction of Almeria. You will pass the shopping centre in La Cala del Moral (10 minutes from Chilches) with many shops including ZARA and the supermarket Carrefour or use the supermarket Mercadona which is found at the entrance to Chilches.

The large and comfortable upper floor (also available as a separate unit) has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds with ceiling fans), large kitchen and dining area with ceiling fan, sitting room and shower room.

This floor also has an American style kitchen, fully equipped, with (hob and fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee percolator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle.) Air conditioning unit also converts to warm air in the winter. Electric wall heaters to warm you in the winter.

The dining room has got a dining table, chairs, sideboard, crockery, cutlery. There is a CD player, radio, cassette player and a play station for your entertainment. The comfortable and cosy sitting room has got a satellite TV DVD, VCR, two sofas and a coffee tables.

This floor has some breath taking sea views and the doorway/staircase leads to the roof terrace with a patio furniture comprising of a table with four chairs and two reclining sun beds with cushions, parasol - ideal for an al fresco dining or admiring the sea views and sunsets (supervision of small children recommended).

The lower floor which has its own separate entrance comprises of a kitchen, sitting room, bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms both with double beds, with fans (no air conditioning), electric wall heaters for the winter time.

It has a large covered terrace (20m2) and a beautiful private garden (40m2). Table and chairs for 4.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, 3 ring gas hob, electric convection oven and grill. Washing machine, kettle.

There is no TV, video, DVD or CD player in this apartment.

The property benefits from a pretty enclosed terrace garden with beautiful orange tree and lots of plants /shrubs sheltered by a large hedge for privacy.

You will be met on arrival by our representative/housekeeper who lives nearby. Complete cleaning upon departure included in price. Special requirements can be arranged in advance.

Guest can check in from midday on the day of arrival and must depart by midday on the last day of their stay.

A replacement charge of €50 will apply for the loss of keys.

The garden to this property offers a safe enclosed space for children to play in whilst adults are relaxing.
From the roof terrace the views of the sea during the day are stunning and at sunset are quite spectacular.
The property offers spacious comfortable accommodation with easy access to the swimming pool and tennis court where the shower/toilet facilities are excellent.
There village shop within walking distance sells most essentials, (5mins) opens early and closes late.
The large Mercadona 5 minutes drive away offers fresh fruit, meat and fish and freshly baked bread on a daily basis.
