We had a lovely holiday. From the first point of contact to meeting us on holiday Amanda and Scott were great and very quick to respond. We had two young children with us and the gite was very well baby proofed. The pool was great as it was gated off so safe for our 2 children. We enjoyed the local areas visiting the zoo and château's in the local areas. We had a great holiday and would like to thank Amanda and Scott for their hospitality.
Thank you for your review & for choosing La Roseraie. It was a pleasure having you stay with us.

"Perfect Holiday for Family Group"
We have just returned from a two week stay at La Roseraie, and we have all thoroughly enjoyed it.
During the months leading to our holiday I emailed Amanda numerous times with queries and she always replied within 24 hours. The information given in the gite description is accurate. The largest bedroom is very suited to a young family because it can accommodate two child size beds as well as the double bed. The remaining two rooms were more simply furnished - my only criticism would be that the room that we had would have benefitted from a bedside table, lamp and a set of drawers. We also found that during our second week it was very warm and a fan would have helped cool us during the night. The free wifi was great and we appreciated the Sky TV to catch up with the Olympics! The kitchen was adequately equipped with plenty of space for eight people to eat inside or out. We couldn't have done without the dishwasher and washing machine!
The shopping service and the optional catering provided by Amanda was very helpful particularly on arrival after a long journey.
I especially appreciated the spacious courtyard, garden and orchard where we could play with the children or just read quietly. The surrounding roads are extremely quiet and we took advantage of this by using our bikes frequently. The swimming pool was a perfect size for a family group and we spent many hours playing together in it.
Our thanks go to Amanda and Scott for making such a special holiday possible.
