The Emilia Romagna region
Emilia Romagna is famous all over the world for good food and for the beach where is possible to have a very good night-life.
The climate is very nice from March to June and hot during July and august. Warm in September and October. From November to February is cold and humid. The climate is suitable for elderly people during spring and summer, possibility to walk on the beach.
Riccione area
A very beautiful street for all kind of shopping for the most important italian brands in fashion. Good restaurants and bar for aperitifs. You could bicycle and roller, jogging, tennis, golf nearby. The most beautiful discotheques of the coast are around Riccione.
How to get there
You can arrive very easily to Riccione. With the train from the north from Bologna, and from the south from Ancona. With the highway A1 from Milano-Bologna-Bari. With the airport in Bologna or Forlì or Rimini. Also with the ferries in Rimini, only 15 minutes by car from Riccione.
