The apartment is located in the residential area of San Lorenzo . 1 km from the beach and the centre of town. A 10 min drive from the local theme and water parks and to the splendid nearby countryside. Many shops,restaurants,sporting facilities (including outdoor swimming pool) and amenities are within walking distance. There is one double bedroom,one twin bedroom, a sofa bed in the lounge and two bathrooms . The spacious living/dining room leads onto a large south-facing terrace which is furnished with table and chairs and sunbeds. The apartment also benefits from secure off-street parking/garage.

The Emilia Romagna region
The region of Emilia-Romagna comprises as it's name suggests two historic regions Emilia and Romagna. it forms a rough triangle bordered by the Adriactic sea on the east, the Po river in the North and in the south by the Appennine mountain range. It is divided into nine provinces: Piacenza,Reggio Emilia,Parma,Modena,Bologna,Ferrara,Ravenna,Forli/Cesena and Rimini. Riccione is situated in the extreme south of Emilia-Romagna near the border with the 'Marche' A few hours journey from Riccione by car,rail or bus brings you to some of the greatest art heritage cities in italy: Urbino (45 mins by car), Ravenna (1 hour by car),Bologna (1 hour),Florence(2 hours 30 mins),Venice (3 hours.)

-RICCIONE- Riccione boasts miles of sandy beaches, great family entertainment , water and theme parks, fantastic food,great shopping and reasonable prices and is the destination of thousands of Italian holiday makers every year. Riccione's 140 'beach zones' provide all the services you could possibly require from a beach holiday: beach huts,umbrellas and sunbeds,lifeguards,children's play areas and sports activities. However if you prefer to grab a towel and pitch your own umbrella there are plenty of free beach zones. It is home to great attractions like the Oltremare theme park (Open daily from 1st April to 23 Sept, Oct : Sundays only) Aquafan water park (Open daily from 2nd June to 16th Sept) and Europe's biggest IMAX screen. Just a short walk from the apartment there are two(indoor and outdoor) Olympic sized swimming pools,tennis and squash courts.Cycle lanes are all over town and biking is a great way to get around. Visit the peaceful local park 'Parco della Resistenza' or the thermal spa at Riccione Terme if you feel like some pampering. A haven for shopping the famous Viale Ceccarini and Viale Dante in the centre of town have everything from designer boutiques to souvenirs. Every Friday morning there is a large street market in the town centre. Many festivals and cultural events take place throughout the year. Just a short distance from Riccione you'll find castles and fortresses rich in history: Urbino,San Leo,Gradara and many other ancient towns in the surrounding hills are well worth a visit. Riccione really has something for everyone!
-SAN LORENZO- A residential area of Riccione, just 1 km from the beach, San Lorenzo has many local shops and amenities. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment you'll find : a supermarket, a bar, two banks, a newsagents,a pizzeria restaurant,a chemist, a baker,a greengrocer and a hairdresser. Right next door we highly recommend the pasticceria for fresh breakfast croissants,doughnuts and cakes! The local indoor and outdoor pool is a short walk as is the lovely 'Parco della Resistenza'

Cleaning and a linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price. Beach towels are not provided,please bring your own. Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
A deposit of 50% is required on booking and the balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure or immediately if booking made within 4 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of Euro 200 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of apartment keys provided everything is in order after checking the apartment inventory.
