L'Oasis is located right on the beach of Riambel. The owner lives on the premises. It is about two minutes drive from the first 5 star hotel and fifteen from 3 other luxury hotels. Situated in the rural part of the island, surrounded with sugarcane fields to the mountain slopes and scattered villages. The nearest town is Curepipe at 30 km away. The villa benefits from a large furnished terrace . A barbecue is also available. With two double bedrooms with air con and one single bedroom with a fan, five people can easily enjoy their stay

The Grand Port region
Riambel is located in the southern part of Mauritius. It hasn't suffered from over development and suits best for people not looking for night life. It is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. Some five stars resorts are within less than fifteen minutes drive. There are a few restaurants and supermarkets. Temperature in summer are between 23° to 32° (night/day) Temperature in winter are between 18° to 26° (night/day). The summer is the more rainy period. The only naval battle win from Napoleon against England is at about forty minutes drive.
Riambel area
A beautiful park (La Vanille Reserve des Mascareignes) is at about fifteen minutes drive. An extinct crater can be seen from the garden and can be visited. The nearest town for shopping is Curepipe and is at about thirty five minutes drive. Deep see fishing can be organized. Outdoor activities like as quad bikes are available in the near region Painting courses (water colours) can be organized by the art gallery on spot
