Within minutes walk to the village centre, safe bathing, coastal paths and walks, fishing, watersports and golf, yet in a quiet and peaceful location. The house is cosy and well equipped with extremely comfortable beds, a jacuzzi bath and WI FI connection. There is a private outdoor eating area with table, chairs and gas barbeque.
Within easy travelling by car is Snowdownia and its stunning mountain scenery, historical castles, South Stack lighthouse, Pili Palas butterfly farm and Anglesey sea zoo as well as many other fun family days out.

PLEASE NOTE: There are 3 bedrooms in the house, the fourth bedroom is the 'garden' room which is detatched by a few metres from the house, and whilst perfect for teenagers or grandparents is not suitable for unaccompanied young children.

North Wales has so much to offer! There are several majestic historical castles to be explored, try Beaumaris and enjoy boutique shops and great ice cream, or take trips from the pier around Puffin island.
For the nature lovers, visit the RSPB at South Stack Lighthouse, or the Pili Palas butterfly house, there are nature reserves and fabulous coastal walks to explore too.
Snowdonia National Park is approximately 40 minutes by car where you can see stunning scenery, crystal clear lakes and waterfalls . Snowdon is Wales' highest mountain at 1085m, there is a train to the top or a choice of walking or mountain bike routes.
Visit the lush valley of LLangollen to catch a steam train or take a leisurely cruise down the canal in a horse drawn boat.
Holyhead is just 10km away with ferries to Dublin.
The Rhosneigr area
Leave your car at the house as there is plenty to keep you busy within walking distance! Rhosneigr has a bustling high street with coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops and clothing. The two beaches are fantastic for all ages and abilities, there is rock pooling, crabbing and safe bathing as well as surfing, sailing, canoeing, kite surfing and windsurfing (there is tuition which can be arranged in the village). For those who don't enjoy water sports there are tennis courts, a golf course, horse riding and coastal paths as well as a race circuit just 5 minutes down the road.
A little further afield are the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead.

Compared with some other seaside properties we have holidayed in, the house is done up beautifully and feels clean and up-to-date. We found the sun-room really useful on those odd days when it was a bit windy, and it also gave us some separate relaxing (aka wine drinking!) space in the early evenings while the kids were watching TV. It was great to have two proper bathrooms, particularly as we were sharing with another family and, with young children, we really appreciated how close this house is to a gorgeous beach. We'll definitely be returning. |
