The North Wales region

Situated off the north coast of Wales the Isle of Anglesey boasts an impressive coastline and many splendid beaches. Much of the coastline lies in areas of outstanding natural beauty which can be explored by walking the 125 mile Anglesey coastal path. Anglesey is an internationally recognized geopark and the majority of its geological highlights are accessible when walking this route.

Rhosneigr

Rhosneigr boasts several fine sandy beaches that are perfect for relaxing and for more energetic activities such as bodyboarding, windsurfing and kitesurfing. Follow the waymarked trails in Newborough forest or visit the RSPB centre at South Stack on Holy Island: a great place for wildlife with the added attraction of some stunning scenery.
