From this main room there is access via French windows onto the patio and lawned garden.

The house shares a courtyard setting with two other properties owned by our family. Of these the original house (Borth Arian) is also let out. This means that larger family groups can use the two properties if necessary.
Further details outdoors:
The property is set in 2 acres of country garden laid partly to lawned areas and patio. There are 2 wooded areas and the whole garden is criss-crossed by pathways .The garden faces due south with wonderful views across the sea.
NB The property has it's own private patio area and lawned area. However, the sunken garden is for the use of the adjacent property, Borth Arian – not Ty Bach! If no one is staying in Borth Arian then, by all means, feel free to use it – but unless you have personally arranged something with the guests in Borth Arian, please leave this free for them to enjoy. Ty Bach’s guests are welcome to use the spinney and gardens to the left of the property. Many thanks!
There is a complimentary sack of logs left for your use and any further logs required are available at cost price.
There is a large rustic climbing frame and a tree house for children. We also provided a large patio table and chairs on request.
Our changeover day is usually Friday but we can be flexible if there are no visitors either side of a let. Although we prefer to let the property for a full week or weeks we are flexible on weekend or short breaks dates permitting.
Once a holiday date has been confirmed we ask for a returnable deposit of £100.00 and the balance 5 weeks prior to the holiday.
Linen and towels are provided and we provide a welcome tray of fresh milk, tea ,coffee and a locally baked Bara Brith fruit loaf. Our agent Mrs Sue Powney lives locally and is readily available to sort out any queries.
The North Wales / Anglesey region
Angleysey's relatively flat and green interior belies the fact that it has some of the most beautiful if not THE most beautiful coastline in the whole of North Wales and way beyond!
There are literally hundreds of gorgeous safe and sandy beaches and miles and miles of superb headland walks.
Holyhead is the main port being a major ferry terminal for Southern Ireland and of course has a mainline station.
There are lots of great places to visit including the seaside village of Treaddur Bay, The historic Town of Beaumaris, Menai on the straits, Caernarvon Castle, and all the seaside ports and villages.
We often visit the South Stack lighthouse. Near to Holyhead there’s a great RSPB viewing tower there too called Ellen' tower.
For golfers there's a good golf course at Holyhead.
The Rhoscolyn area
Borth Arian is in easy walking distance of a lovely pub and eatery called The White Eagle at Rhoscolyn. This can be reached either by walking back across the farm track and along the lane to Rhocolyn (take the sign to the Beach) or along the headland from Silver Bay in a westerly direction (About 45 mins walk)
They serve lunches and meals all day and the food is excellent.
The Silver Bay caravan site has a good club house and you can join for about 50p! They serve tasty inexpensive food and drink. You can reach here by foot (go down to Silver Bay and then follow the track up by the boat park and continue through the site to the clubhouse) or of course via the lane by foot or car!
Treaddur Bay has an excellent place to eat called The Seacroft and is about 3 miles away. There’s also the Waterfront Cafe there. Four Mile Bridge, less than 2 miles, has Ygegin Fach Cafe serving very good homemade plain food.
The Anchorage hotel at four Mile Bridge serves typical bar food. Valley is the nearest shopping centre for all the basics and boasts a Spa store, Londis store/PO, chemist, Hardware, great butcher/greengrocer, cash machine and various other shops and cafes.
How to get there

Take the A55 straight across Anglesey and exit signed VALLEY.
• At bottom of the hill at the crossroads/traffic lights is Valley – turn left at crossroads onto the B4545. NB The Valley Hotel is on this crossroad.
• Go through Valley, (The Spar should be on your left) then go across the railway line.
• Continue going straight ahead, over the roundabout, and then over a stone bridge into the village of Four Mile Bridge. NB Once you’ve crossed the bridge you’re on Holy Island.
• After the bus stop you’ll see a sign saying ‘White Eagle Pub’ take this left hand turn (Curly Tops hairdressers and Y Gegin Fach Café are directly opposite the turn).
• Continue down the country road for approx 1.5 miles until you come to a sharp left directing you towards The Silver Bay Holiday Village. NB the Pentre Iago Farm campsite is on this corner.
• Follow the road TOWARDS the Holiday Village – but don’t go all the way there.
• Follow this country road past a property called Ty Lon (on the right).
• From Ty Lon you will be able to see the track to Borth Arian approx 100 yards ahead of you (don’t take the right hand bend towards the Holiday Village).
• Instead of following the bend go straight up the private track towards Borth Arian (there is a green post box on the left and a bin on the right).
• Borth Arian, is the large white house at the end of the track.
• Drive carefully as it’s a farm track.
