Oil for the central heating boiler and electricity are included and we would just ask tenants to be mindful of their usage.

The North Wales / Anglesey region

Rhoscolyn is an official area of outstanding natural beauty. The whole of Anglesey's coastline is truly spectacular with numerous sandy beaches and safe swimming. There's plenty of lovely headland walks within easy walking distance of the property including a walk from our local beach (Silver Bay) in a westerly direction to the lovely beach of Rhoscolyn, which takes about 45 minutes. From this beach you can walk up the lane on the far side to The White Eagle, a lovely contemporary seaside pub and eatery.
Only a few miles away is the pretty seaside resort of Trearddur Bay and Holyhead , the nearest town, is also close.
The Rhoscolyn area
Eating places worthy of a mention include , The White Eagle (Rhoscolyn) and The Seacroft (Trearddur Bay). Both serve excellent food. For good plain home cooked and inexpensive meals try Y Gegin Fach Cafe at Four Mile Bridge. The Anchorage at Four Mile Bridge serves fairly basic pub food. There's an Indian takeaway in Valley and also a fish and chip shop there.
Places of interest to visit: Anglesey Sea Zoo on the Menai Straits, South Stack Lighthouse (nr Holyhead) , walk up Holyhead Mountain, Trearddur Bay, Beaumaris, Menai, Newborough Beach. Rhosneigr is a great little seaside resort about 3 exits back up the A55. It has some nice cafes and a few good shops and a lovely beach which is a mecca for kite and wind surfing.
There's a very good golf course just outside Trearddur Bay on the Holyhead road.

Follow the A55 across the island of Anglesey leaving at the junction signed Valley. Follow signs to Valley and at the first set of traffic lights turn left signed Trearddur Bay and Four Mile Bridge. Continue for about 2 miles and you will come to the village of Four Mile Bridge, cross over the bridge (not 4 miles long!) and turn left opposite Y Gegin Fach Cafe - signed to Rhoscolyn. Continue along here for about a mile and a short way after an S bend there is a sign for the Silver Bay Caravan Site. Take this left turn and follow the narrow lane until there is a left hand fork up a steep hill. Although the signpost says 'no through road' follow this lane ( the right fork takes you to the Caravan Site). Continue for half a mile across a cattle grid and into a field. Follow the track to the bottom of the hill and then you will see Ty Bach and Borth Arian at the top of the drive on your right.
