A fantastic holiday home offering spacious accomodation and having been completely refurbished in 2012, presented to a very high standard for a complete escape from it all holiday. Located in Rhoscolyn and within walking distance of both Silver Bay and Rhoscolyn beach, both of which are stunning clean beaches that are safe for all the family.
The property stands in 3/4 acre of gardens providing plenty of outdoor space consisting of informal and formal garden areas. There is a large private patio area with outside dining for 8 and complete with a BBQ.
The internal accomodation offers 4 bedrooms, with a mixture of king size, double, single and bunk beds to accomodate diverse parties, sleeping up to 8 people.
There is a main bathroom with oversize bath and separate shower plus a seperate 2nd w.c. and hand basin.
The open plan kitchen dining area is stunning in pure white along with a large designer dining table and chairs and i pod dock/dab radio for the perfect night in. Be warned, you may choose to wash up rather than use the dishwasher to take advantage of the stunning sea views.
The lounge has 2 large sofa's along with leather chair and 2 large bean bags, great for young and old alike. There is a flat screen TV with freesat, DVD player and stereo/ i pod dock also provided with a range of DVD's available. The lounge opens directly onto the large patio area and also has sea views.
The property is ideally located to provide for coastal walks, days on the beach or a fantastic pub lunch all within walking distance. Further afield, there are many attractions close by, including Treardurr Bay, South Stack, Rhosneigr, Beamauris, Moelfre, Red Wharf Bay and only 30 minutes drive from Snowdonia. There are many tourist attractions, places of interest and national trust properties all within easy driving distance.

The North Wales / Anglesey region
Anglesey is a beautiful, unspoilt Island in North Wales offering a relaxed scenic holiday destination surrounded by stunning beaches, traditional coastal villages, bracing walks and some fantastic restaurants.
The Island has a great road network as a result of which you are only ever a maximum of 1 hour from anywhere on the Island. It is also serviced by rail with various stations across the main towns.
There is lots to do for everyone. A day at the beach, walking up Holyhead mountain, crossing the famous bridge to Southstack, fishing for Seabass or taking in the history at Beaumaris with its famous castle. Cycling and watersports are catered for across the Island and it is renowned for its coastal walks.
The Rhoscolyn area
Rhoscolyn is located in the South West of the Island, a small rural village, right on the beach and providing stunning scenery, walks and beaches. The facilities of Holyhead are a short drive away providing large supermarkets whilst neighbouring Treaddur Bay provides sailing and watersports.
Located just off the A55 yet once you drive down the lane you feel like you are a million miles from anywhere. Where ever you are in Rhoscolyn you are guaranteed stunning views of the coast and Snowdonia mountain range in the distance. When the moment takes, you will always receive a big welcome at the White Eagle pub, just a walk down the lane where you will be greeted with great food in a fantastic atmosphere.

By Car:
Follow the A55, take J.3 towards Valley, turn left at the junction through Valley towards Treardurr Bay. Go over the mini roundabout, then pass over four mile bridge (over the inland sea) and then take the next left sign posted Rhoscolyn. Follow the road until you see the left hand turn signed for 'Silver Bay'. Follow the lane to the Silver Bay holiday park and turn left just before entering Silver Bay. Tara is on the left hand side when entering the Pentre Gwyddel private estate.

The house is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect spot. Everything you need is catered for, plenty of games, books and DVDs for the kids which is great if you have a rainy day. The gardens are lovely with plenty of places to sit and play. A 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach which is lovely and sheltered. Cant recommend this place enough, I have stayed in alot of rentals and can easily say this was the best by far. Response: Thank you for taking the time to write such lovely comments!My view is that if the children are happy and entertained it makes for a more relaxing time for the adults, therefore I like to ensure the games,books and dvd's are in plentiful supply!I agree the beaches are beautiful.
