This beautifully re-furbished traditional villa is located in a quiet position in the heart of the village, just a few minutes walk from bars, shops & restaurants. The nearest beach is St Paul's Bay, only 5 minutes away. The villa will sleep up to 10 guests, comprising of 3 King size double bedrooms, 2 single sofa beds in the living room & 1 double sofa bed in the lounge area.
On entering the private courtyard there is 1 bathroom with shower unit, toilet & basin, then next to this you go through into the large kitchen/dining room, which is fully equipped including double cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, double sink unit, table & chairs & dresser.Next to the kitchen is the living room with 2 single sleeper sofas, satellite T.V. & desk with internet connection. You then find the 2nd bathroom with shower unit, toilet & basin. Moving on through there is the 1st double bedroom with King size bed & fitted wardrobes. The next room is the larger lounge area, including 1 double sofa bed. One of the most well appointed traditional houses in Lindos with new furniture & fittings in every room.

The Aegean Islands region
Rhodes, the largest of the Dodecanese Islands, has a very long recorded history dating from the 6th century BC. Strategically placed close to Turkey, the island has been conquered many times by the Dorians, Romans, Turks, The Knights of St. John (Crusaders), Italians & Germans with the Dodecanese Islands coming under the protection of the British at the end of WW11 before being handed back to Mother Greece in 1947. Despite so many invaders the people have retained their Greek identity although the cuisine does bear some outside influences & is considered one of the most delicious in the Mediterranean region.
Rhodes / Lindos area
There are many ancient sites to visit in Lindos including the Acropolis, Amphitheatre, Tomb of Cleovoulos etc. The village has 3 beautiful beaches, the Main Beach, Pallas Beach & St Paul's Bay all with a totally different character.
Eating out ranges from fast food Greek souvlaki through to traditional tavernas & fine dining restaurants. There is even a great Chinese & an Indian restaurant ! There really is something for all tastes & all budgets.
How to get there
Fly to Rhodes - our property is just 40 km from the airport. Scheduled flights available from Easyjet, Fly2 & most charter airlines from most UK airports to Rhodes. Car hire available with Rhodes airport pick-up & drop-off. Alternatively there are always taxis available at Rhodes airport.

Further details indoors: There are 2 sets of stairs going up from both these rooms to the 2nd & 3rd double bedrooms, both with King size beds & wardrobes.The courtyard is totally enclosed & private, with large table & several chairs of different sizes & types, including 2 in hammock style, also a beautiful traditional pebbled floor.
Further details outdoors: Villa Fedra features a private, spacious & furnished courtyard with traditional Lindian style koklaki pebble floor. Ideal for al fresco dining or just relaxing with a glass of wine.

The owner of Villa Fedra lives & works in the village close to the villa so he can be easily contacted if necessary. Prices quoted are for the villa for up to 10 guests & include air-conditioning.
Smokers are welcome but are respectfully asked to use the outside areas.
Due to the maze of streets & alleyways in the village, we will arrange for our taxi driver to pick you up from the airport & take you direct to the villa. He will also pick you up on your departure to take you back to the airport. For this personal service, the cost is 100 euros round trip, which is paid direct to the driver.
Conditions
All bed linen & towels are provided, you just need your own beach towels. Also air-conditioning is included in the rate & is available in every room.
