About the home

This is a luxury 2009 built villa with private 8m x 4m infinity pool and large relaxation area. Set in a peaceful location with breathtaking views over the coast.

Extensively furnished to a high standard both inside and out, with lavish patios and terraces that provide both sun and shade.

The sandy beach of Pefkos is a short 15 minute walk. Pefkos has many tavernas, bars and shops. The villa is only 5 minute drive away from Lindos.

To experience the best of the island it is highly recommended that you hire a car.

All bedrooms are equipped with hardwood beds and high quality pocket sprung mattresses.

The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets, blankets, adequate cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, linen and towels (not to be used as beach towels).

There is regular pool care. Towels and bed linen changed every 7 days, more by arrangement.

Tenants agree not to smoke, nor to allow smoking inside the property at any time.

Conditions

Cancellation charges applied as follows: Over 60 days notice 10%, 30-60 days notice 50% of total rental. Less than 30 days 100% of total rental.

Full amount of the rental must be received by owners 60 days prior to the date of arrival. Failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation charges may also be applied. It is a firm condition of this agreement that the property cannot be sub-let or shared. Only persons on the booking form can stay in the property.

Rhodes town is a 60 minute drive away; the distance is 35 miles (55km).

The Rhodes / Lindos area

The resort of Pefkos is approximately a 15 minute walk, it is a lively resort which caters for all tastes and is family oriented. Pefkos has all the usual amenities with supermarkets, cash machines, doctor, pharmacies and dentist situated locally.

A 5 minute drive will take you to the famous village of Lindos. Lindos was once the capital of the island but today is a holiday resort centred on a small medieval village, topped with a fortified ancient Acropolis.
