A luxury and very spacious villa with private pool on an exclusive development in the prestigious area of Glystra Beach and just minutes drive from Lardos, Kiotari, Pefkos and the magical village of Lindos.

This modern villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday in a stunning location. Choose to relax by the pool, take a short stroll to the sandy beach, horse ride along the shore or waterski across the bay.

Enjoy local village life in Lardos with a coffee or ouzo in the the square, journey up into the mountains for a spot of lunch and a cool shady retreat or experience the magical village of Lindos with its ancient acropolis, cosmopolitan bars, traditional tavernas and international restaurants.

This villa is perfect for families holidaying together or groups of friends who want to relax in the day but still close enough to the action for a night out. Ideal for wedding groups as just 10 minutes drive from St Pauls Chapel in Lindos.

The villa has two twin bedrooms with private balcony and sea or pool view, double bedroom with private balcony with side sea view, double bedroom with access to large terrace and one quadruple room adjoining the TV/Cinema Room and so perfect for kids!

Large open plan lounge with luxury leather corner sofa, dining area with contemporary glass table and fully equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. Washing Machine, Iron and ironing board available.

Two bathrooms - one with bath and over shower and one shower/wet room with luxury massage shower. Hair-dryer available.

TV/Cinema Room has large plasma screen with excellent surround sound, Wii console and plenty of DVDS, books and music CDs. Table football, backgammon, scrabble, playing cards and yoga mats available for your leisure. Free wifi access for those who need to keep up with their businesses or Facebook!

Large spacious terrace with luxury conservatory furniture and table and chairs - perfect for breakfast dining or an early evening sundowner.

All rooms on floors 1 and 2 are fully air conditioned. The quadruple room and TV/Cinema room in the much cooler semi basement has 2 fans.

Large 8x5 metre pool with plenty of comfortable sunbeds, luxury gazebo with teak garden furniture and stone built BBQ. Pool Shower to cool off! Portable BBQ and cool box available for those beach BBQs.

Booking Conditions:

25% deposit payable on booking, the remainder payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit will be taken in the form of a credit card authorisation form against any potential accidental damages.

We kindly ask that guests do not smoke in the villa.

The Aegean Islands region

Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands and is known as the island of sunshine with more than 300 glorious days of sunshine a year! Opportunity to visit other islands in the Aegean during your stay in Rhodes... venture by boat to Symi, Halki, Tilos or even Kos for some laid back island hopping.

The Rhodes / Lindos area

Whatever type of holiday you are looking for Rhodes has it all!

Spread your towel out on the golden sandy beaches of Glystra, Pefkos or Lindos - all within easy access of the villa. Speed across the Med on waterskis or jetskis or horse ride along the shore.

Watersports, go karting, horse riding and mini golf ... all close by.

The traditional villages of Lardos and Gennadi are a short drive away and perfect for mixing with the locals and enjoying a coffee or ouzo or some great Greek food. Kiotari has a huge stretch of shingle beach with some fantastic watersports and a great beach bar club to dance the night away. Pefkos has some great bars and restaurants and this small sleepy village has turned into a major resort in the last few years and yet you can still find a place to chill and relax.

The cream of the crop is Lindos - just 10 minutes drive away and a truly remarkable village with its white washed sugar cubed houses, winding cobbled pedestrianised streets, rooftop restaurants and traditional tavernas, cosmopolitans bars and an open air club with spectacular views. Take the many steps up to the ancient acropolis dating back to 4BC or get on one of the Lindian taxis, the donkey.

A visit to Rhodes is not complete without a visit to Rhodes Town - one of the most beautiful Medieval towns in the world. Marvel at the Grand Masters Palace and walk around the 4km of city walls through the Street of the Knights preserved since the 14th century.

For a cool retreat go inland to Petaloudes - the Valley of the Butterfliees; Epta Piges - 7 springs, Rodini Park or Profitis Ilias at the foothills of Mount Attaviros, the highest mountain on Rhodes.

Rhodes - the island of sunshine... very easy to get to but very difficult to leave ...
