Our Villa is in a gated complex the villa has is own private pool which has gardens in the grounds, our villa sleeps 6 people/children, our villa is near the bench and hotel you are able to use the hotel facilities whilst staying in our villa.
3 Bedroom villa based in Lindos, Rhodes. It has a kitchen area which includes all household items and the property has is own private pool area with sitting area and sun lounges and gardens surrounds the property which are lawned as well.
There is also a BBQ near the pool area and separate wash room in the property which has a washing machine and drying area, there are 2 double bedroom and 2 single beds.

The Aegean Islands region

Where the villa is based is called Lindos and it is surround by mountains and other villas in the complex and there is a five star hotel near by where you can use there facilities.
Rhodes / Lindos area
Lindos has become one of the most popular place in Rhodes and with plenty of great restaurants and plenty of places to visit, it is the perfect location.
You need to hire a car to get to local town and also there is a beach near the villa which is walk want to use your car if big group.
How to get there
During April to October flights are direct End of October to end of March flights are not direct into Rhodes so need to change at Athens.

Further details indoors: The interior of the property has 3 bedrooms 2 have double beds and 1 has two single beds, there is 2 bathroom one is en suite to the master bedroom and the other is in between the second and third bedroom.
There is a sitting area and kitchen area with dining table and chairs, the kitchen area has all house hold items and cutlery ie cooking insruments ie casserole dish and saucepan and also a selection of cookery and cutlery to use if you wish, there is also a BBQ area outside to use .
Clean bedding provided and cleaning every Saturday between 11 and 1pm.
Further details outdoors: The outside of the villa is a private pool area which is surround by lawned gardens and also has sitting area to the pool area and also sun lounges and BBQ area to the pool are as well.

We do require our clients to use the villa safely and at the cleints to keep the place clean but we do have cleans that go in once a week either wednesday or friday depends on when the clients check in or out.
