An ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday on the island of Rhodes, which boasts a subtropical climate and over 3,000 hours of sun p.a. In a peaceful location the villa has a private pool, secluded sun-trap patio, BBQ, and landscaped garden with lawned area. A perfect base to explore everything that Rhodes has to offer. Only 10 min walk from the Aegean Sea and sandy beach, whilst within easy reach of Lindos and Pefkos - both with a plentiful supply of traditional Greek restaurants. Built with traditional values, the villa incorporates all the features and amenities you’d expect for the perfect retreat. 3 double bedrooms, one with balcony, all provide stunning sea views, and there is also a sofa bed on the ground floor. There is a spacious living room with patio doors leading to the pool area, a modern fully furnished kitchen, and dining area. To the rear is a private drive for up to 3 cars, and the backdrop of the Navarone mountains.

Rhodes airport and Rhodes Old Town are both about 45 mins drive from the villa. Lindos, with its maze of narrow cobbled streets and hill-top Acropolis, is a 5 min drive away - as is Pefkos, a cosmopolitan town with a wide range of restaurants offering sumptuous Greek food, and also St Paul's Bay - a local and picturesque wedding venue. Prasonisi is about 40 mins drive away, at the most southerly tip of the island - a sand bar is exposed during the summer months with swelling surf and breeze on the western side and calm, clear waters on the eastern. There are small shops within walking distance at the Lindos Memories Hotel and the Villa de Lindos Hotel. Both Lindos and Pefkos have supermarkets and also banking ATM facilities. They also have a number of establishments providing car and bike hire and day trips along the island’s coast line or to other nearby islands and Turkey.

Rhodes / Lindos area

Rhodes airport and Rhodes Old Town are both about 45 mins drive from the villa. Lindos, with its maze of narrow cobbled streets and hill-top Acropolis, is a 5 min drive away - as is Pefkos, a cosmopolitan town with a wide range of restaurants offering sumptuous Greek food. How to get there

April - October: Fly direct to Rhodes. Check Thomson, Thomas Cook, Monarch, and Easy Jet
November - March: Fly to Athens by most major carriers, then Olympic or Aegean Airlines to Rhodes

The villa is 45 minutes from the Rhodes Airport. There are taxis at the airport, and car hire is also easy to arrange at the airport.

Tasteful open plan spacious and light lounge, with patio doors to the pool area. Comfortable sofa bed and chairs. Low level coffee table. Flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, games.

Clean bath and hand towels and bed linen on arrival, and changed weekly. Beach towels not provided. Pool is regularly maintained and the villa is fully cleaned between letting periods. Extra cleaning on request for a small charge, payable locally.

All rooms have air conditioning which will incur a small charge if used, double glazing, shutters and insect screens. Family friendly, a travel cot and high chair are provided, as is an iron and ironing board. A rep from the management team will visit within 24 hours of your arrival.

The villa has its own private pool, set within a generous tiled patio area which is comfortably big enough for our 6 sun loungers and 3 beach umbrellas. A pergola provides an ideal setting for al fresco dining, with a purpose built barbecue provided, and there is a teak table and 6 chairs. Large parking area to the rear.
You have a wonderful selection of beaches to choose from. Only 10 mins walk away is Navarone Bay, situated adjacent to the Lindos Memories Hotel, and it takes even less time to drive to local alternatives at Lindos, St Paul's Bay, and Pefkos. This side of the island is renowned for its sandy beaches, most of which provide full facilities with a number boasting blue flag status.
Are you planning or attending a wedding in Lindos? Then our villa could provide the perfect base for you, within a 5 min car drive to venue.
A championship 18-hole, par-73 (6800 yards) golf course is situated at Afandou, about 25 minutes away by car. Open all year round, caddies, caddy carts, golf clubs and balls are all available for hire.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 2 months prior to departure. There is also a £100 security deposit, refundable in full assuming that no damage has occurred to the villa.

Preferred changeover day is Saturday, depart 11am and arrive 4pm. Alternative days can be arranged and also, if possible but subject to an additional charge payable locally, departure / arrival times.

Please note that group bookings for under 25s are not accepted and that, for the comfort of other guests, smoking is not permitted within the villa.

The Villa itself is in excellent condition, well built and tastefully furnished. We have hired a Villa every year for the past 8 years and this ranks as one of the best (RE Location, quality and just general feel of the whole complex) Pool was cleaned every couple of days and Graham the site manger would pop by on his scooter if he saw us in the pool to check everything was okay. An absolute 5* holiday, dealing with Ralph and his villa management team. Will have no issue recommending the villa to anyone. (Chris N, July 2008)

We all had a great time in Rhodes and at the villa. The weather was superb and the villa was in a great spot – just far enough removed from Lindos to be out of the way, and yet close enough to flag down a cheap taxi or even walk.
