About the home

The house is ideal for families with young children, young and older couples who want to relax in a house with many comforts, a garden ideal for children and those who love having their own fruit and vegetables growing in the garden. A 3 bedroom house with terrace, garden, playground, kitchen, TV room, living room and dining room.

An ideal holiday home only a few meters from the beach for everyone to enjoy swimming, fishing and snorkeling in the clear blue water of the Aegean Sea.

A five minute walk will take you to a traditional Greek restaurant serving both fresh fish and meat and traditional Greek cuisine. Just 10minutes from the house one will find Gennadi village, a picturesque village with traditional coffee shops, a bakery, restaurants etc.

A modernly designed home offering guests the chance to relax inside watching tv, or sitting on the veranda overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The garden is ideal for children to play and for adults to sunbathe. The BBQ in the parking area, is an easy solution for lunch or dinner.

The hammock in the garden is unique for an afternoon siesta!

Rhodes is the island of the sun, the pearl of the Mediterranean. The island is of enormous interest both for its natural beauties and for its archaeological treasures.
Miles of sandy and pebble beach’s, picturesque harbors, a sea of impressive depth, green mountains, monuments from all periods of time.

Rhodes Island lies in the southeastern part of the Aegean Sea. It is the largest island and capital of the Dodecanese islands. Rhodes is 270 nautical miles from Piraeus and has an area of 1400 sq km and a length of 78 km.

Rhodes boasts on an average 300 days of sunshine per year. Its population today is approximately 100,000.

UNESCO has recently proclaimed Rhodes as a monument of world heritage; the old town of Rhodes is magical for a stroll in the evening or to enjoy watching the sunset with a glass of ouzo!

There are many small villages at a close distance to Gennadi. There one can find many excellent tavernas/ restaurants offering traditional Greek cuisine. Lindos village with the Acropolis is only 15 minutes away.

Only 15 minutes from Prasonis, the ultimate surfers paradise, one can enjoey wind-surfing and kite surf.

Charters to Rhodes island directly from the UK. Cheap flights with Easyjet, Aegean, BMI etc.
From Rhodes airport one may rent a car or scooter. There are many companies like HERTZ, AVIS, EUROPE CAR and EUROPE DOLLAR.

From the airport it is a 40 min drive to Gennadi. Guests can take a taxi which will cost about 30-35 euro and then rent a car from Gennadi village or the sorounding hotels which often offer better deals.
