The Aegean Islands region
Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese Islands and is positioned south east of the greek mainland. Its positioning makes it popular with sunworshippers as the island enjoys over 300 days on average of sunshine. Rhodes island will not disappoint you.
Rhodes / Lardos area
Lardos is a warm and welcoming traditional greek village but offers both the new and the old world with cafes, restaurants and bars which are only a 2 minutes stroll away from the villa. The village has all amenities on offer such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, doctor and dentist. There are regular buses from the village into Rhodes town or if you prefer you can hire a taxi from the taxi rank in the centre of the village.
Lindos, one of the key attractions of Rhodes, is only 5 minutes away where you relax on the glorious beaches and visit the famous Acropolis. The beaches at Lindos are wonderful and sandy beaches with watersports and of course there is a vast choice of bars and restaurants.
Activities and Entertainment - Faliraki Water Park (25 minute drive) - Afandou Golf Course (20 minute drive) - Rhodes Town for sightseeing and shopping (40/45 minute drive)
How to get there
April - October you can fly direct to the island. Airlines that operate during the season include BA, Easy Jet, Thomson, Thomas Cook and XL airlines.
During the winter months you can only fly out to Rhodes via Athens. I have regularly used BA to fly to Athens and then used Aegean Airlines to fly onto Rhodes. Olympic Airlines also operate a service from Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester and you can catch your connecting flight at Athens onto Rhodes.
Most major car hire companies are at Rhodes Airport. There is a taxi rank directly outside the airport - we can arrange to pre book a taxi if requested.

This kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs including the washing machine should you want to do any washing! Patio doors leading out onto the pool and main sun terrace
Further details outdoors: The villa is set on a private road and has a covered car port at the front with a small garden which offers a cooler area to sit in the afternoons.
To the rear is a private sun terrace, patio area and swimming pool. The patio area is partially covered and offers shade during the hot sunny summer days. The pool area has 4 sunloungers and 2 hardwood reclining chairs, table and chairs. There is outdoor lighting for evening entertaining and alfresco dining.

A free welcome pack is provided on arrival. This property is fully air conditioned throughout.
For the benefit of all guests smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Conditions
A non refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before departure. If you are booking within 8 weeks before travelling the full amount will be payable.
There is also a £100 security bond payable 8 weeks prior to departure. This will be held by the owner and returned to you within 14 days after your holiday (provided no damages have occurred during your rental period).
