Mayview is a newly built detached 3 bedroomed villa situated on what was once a small olive grove nestled on the hillside above Kalathos. The villa has a terrace to the front & rear, the views from the extensive outdoor space & pool are exceptional & ideal for alfresco dining or lazing in the Rhodes sunshine.Outdoor furniture is provided.
Accommodation on the ground floor comprises of an open plan lounge & dining area with a fully fitted kitchen. A shower room & 3rd double bedroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms each with their own balcony & outdoor furniture enabling you to enjoy the views.A large family bathroom with bath & shower fittings.
The villa is situated 5kms(10 min. drive) from Lindos, one of the most popular resorts in Rhodes with its fine sandy beaches, Acropolis & many rooftop restaurants.

The Aegean Islands region

A holiday in Rhodes can not be complete without a trip to one of the largest waterparks in Europe which caters for everyone. If watersports appeal then a trip to the far end of Rhodes is a must for windsurfing etc as the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean.
Rhodes / Kalathos area
Kalathos is a small traditional greek village situated halfway down the island of Rhodes making it an ideal location for exploring the delights of Rhodes or as a place to chill out and enjoy the greek way of life!!! There are several supermarkets, a butchers & a bakers shop, bars and tavernas in which you are made to feel very welcome. The local bus service runs regularly through the village from Rhodes town to Prassonissi.
Take a leisurely walk down to Kalathos beach, approximately 15 minutes walk from the village, and enjoy the peace and sea swimming.The beach at Kalathos is used by local Greek people and remains unspoilt with a scattering of sunbeds and a small taverna serving refreshments. Sandy bays can be found at nearby Vlicha and Lindos.

Out of season flights via Athens can be made with British Airways, Olympic Airlines or Easy Jet finishing with a short flight across to Rhodes with Olympic or Aegean Airlines

Alternately you can take an airport taxi to the villa & hire a car locally as required. Several companies in the area.

- Changeover day is Wednesday(preferred) or Saturday with prior agreement from the owners. A higher rate may apply. - 25% deposit must be paid to secure the booking if more than 8 weeks before travel. - A security bond of £100 must be paid at the time of booking in case of damage. This will be returned after a satisfactory report at the end of your stay from our maintenance team. - FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO LETTING. - This is a NO SMOKING villa. - Linen & towels changed once during a two week stay. - Beach towels NOT provided.

Very relaxing holiday, Kalathos is a super village- something for everyone. Walking, beach, small tavernas & villa well equipped to high standard!
