Hotel Information
John Mary studios are located just outside Faliraki. It is a lively seaside resort on the enchanting island of Rhodes: the largest among the Dodecanese Islands. Only 14 km away from Rhodes Old Town and its harbors, the complex is easy to reach by car or by bus. The bus services are excellent, with stops close to the studios.

The complex features fully equipped, self-catering studios that provide comfortable accommodation in a pleasant atmosphere to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Minutes away from lovely beaches with a number of water sport facilities, the property offers a warm welcome. Our studios are an excellent choice for families, couples and groups of friends seeking an enjoyable holiday in the Greek sun.

Each unit features a private bathroom with shower, individually controlled air-conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV and a private balcony. Baby cots are available upon request free of charge.

The Aegean Islands region

Faliraki is full of activity and one of the most popular resorts of the island.
It is famous for its sandy beach, which is 5 km long, where one can enjoy the bright sun and the clear blue sea.
There are many water sports catering for all visitors and there are also extreme sports such as Bungee Jumping.
Sun recliners and umbrellas are provided all along the beach and there are changing facilities, showers and washrooms.
There is a huge choice of restaurants, beach bars, and cafeterias. Facilities for people with disabilities are provided.

Rhodes / Faliraki Resort area

- The golf course in afandou is located a short distance (6km) from Faliraki. It's a small golf course consisting of 18 holes par 73. It was designed by the famous British architect Donald Harradine, and has been functioning since May 1973.

- Faliraki offers visitors a big variety of sports that suits in all preferences and ages. There are windsurfing and ski schools. Along the big sandy beach you can have a ride on a "banana" or a "ring”, or simply relax on a canoe or a water bicycle.
For those that prefer action there are jet skis, parachutes and bungee jumping. For the children but also for the older ones, there are waterslides.

- The magical area of Kalithea is ideal for alternative tourism.
If you are interested in horse riding, you can visit one of the many horse riding facilities in the area.
There, you are given the opportunity and the challenge to experience the thrill of horse riding and to become a skilled rider. You can ride endlessly in the beautiful Greek mountains.

- Kalithea Springs
In Kallithea the first thing you notice is the Italian building which has a refreshing natural spa.
The vegetation and sea create spectacular scenery that can be seen from the anchorage above.
There is a diving school situated in Kalithea beach where you can explore its magical sea bed by taking diving course or snorkelling.

- Anthony Quinn Bay is well known for its natural beauty. It is also famous due to the classic movies shot there, such as ‘The Guns of Navarone’ and ‘Escape to Athena’.
It has a pebbled beach and it provides all the comforts for visitors such as Umbrellas, sun chairs, changing cubicles, public telephones and a kiosk.
It is situated next to Ladiko-Vagies beach and is 1.5km south from Faliraki.

How to get there

By airplane
Rhodes Diagoras international airport is located about 12 km away from the property. A taxi service is
available at the airport.
Exiting the airport take the national road Rodos - Lindos, which connects the island's capital to the
main beach resorts. Drive southwards following the indications to Faliraki and to the property.

By boat
There are daily ferry services connecting the Athens port of Piraeus to the Madraki harbor of Rhodes
town. A bus line runs frequently from the town centre to Faliraki resort, stopping only 50 meters from
the property.
Taxis are easily found at the end of the wharf.

We have a variety of spacious and tastefully furnished studios sleeping up to 4 persons.
There are 10 studios for 2 persons and 10 studios for 3 persons, each has an open space/living room with a fully equipped cooking corner and either two or three single beds.

A family studio is available with an open space/living room, a fully equipped cooking corner and two single
sofa beds. This studio also has a separate double bedroom.

On your doorstep there is our very own JohnMary's Super-market stocking just about everything you might
need during your stay. A golden sandy beach (suitable for children) is only 500 yards away. For those who
prefer the water and the relaxation of a swimming pool you can find one only 10 yards away.
Not to mention the newly built shopping centre.

Within just a few minutes walk from the studios you will find many restaurants offering a delicious spectrum
of Greek and with International cuisines. After dinner you will find cafes and bars right next to you.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Unit was in a quiet area away from the main drag but still easily walkable to the beach and attractions. No hassles using the pool over the road for the cost of a drink. John and Mary were great, and having kitchen faciities in the room and our own balcony always makes a difference.

A very nice hotel, the grocery store downstairs and the small kitchen meant that we could prepare food ourselves very easily. The town itself, Faliraki, seems more of a Spring Break style place, many of the restaurants don't open for lunch, except really close to the beach, but there are many bars and the sidewalks get crowded after dark.

loved this place, it is so good, John and Mary are the best and is great value for money. Stay here! There's no pool but there are literally 3 free pools within 200 m. Easy stroll to central area and main beach and 5 mins walk to Falikari beach. STAY HERE!
