Excellent for those wanting a traditional Greek Holiday away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy, great for walkers and those wanting to explore the unspoilt south of Rhodes. 10 Minutes to blue flag unspoilt sandy coves, less than 5 minutes to village beach with water sports etc 15 minutes drive to Lindos with its history and architecture. 30 minutes drive to famous Prasonisi Beach a paradise for wind surfers where the Med meets the Aegean a spectacle not to be missed. 60 Minutes to Rhodes town (regular bus service if required) 45 minutes to Airport

Gennadi is a beautiful traditional Greek Village, take coffee with the locals in the cafes, eat with them in the pizzaria or taverna or have a drink at our very own beach bar which is open 24/7 for food, music or just chilling on the beach with a drink. Traditional bars and Gyros takeaway, fish restaurants on the beach the village has it all, but in most understated way, making for a wonderful, relaxing and serene holiday, whist still having bars and 2 nightclubs if the socialite in you demands a little more. The people are wonderful and everyone that visits feels they go home having made real friends, time and again when you return you will be remembered. A truly wonderful place.

Guest Wc on ground floor.Two double sofa beds available in Lounge and dining room. Attractive marble staircase leads to first floor (73m Sq total) and spacious landing with access to balcony, with three double sized bedrooms two with balconies and sea views all 3 with mountain views. Fitted wardrobes and drawers to all rooms with ample storage and coat hangers. Large fully tiled house bathroom has double size shower with wet/dry area, twin wash hand basins, WC & Bidet. Shutters to all windows and doors add to the privacy and with insect screens to all windows and doors for your added comfort. Attractive pebble garden with plants and trees to front, Patio to front and side, lawns to side and rear. BBQ and table and chairs for alfresco dining. Coolboxes supplied for picnics. Linen and towels provided (not Beach Towels). Kichen well provided with ample crockery, cutlery etc for up to 12 people. DVD player with Music and films available, or feel free to bring your own. Final Cleaning costs per booking of 30€ if LESS than 1 week stay
