This property is a family run complex consisting of 57 studios all with balcony and most benefitting from a sea or pool view .the studios are based around the very well kept pool area . Here you also find the main reception and pool bar restaurant which serves excellent food in the evening. Ideal for those who just want to chill out round the pool , the resort centre is only minutes away where you can find buses and taxis to take you around the island.supermarkets are close by too. Rhodes town is around 20mins away by car and 40mins by bus(bus stop 5-10mins walk away). Rhodes town is a must see attraction especially at night when it comes to life with its lights bars and restaurants attracting people from around the world. The main beach in faliraki is one of the best on the island and is ideal for families and couples. It is only aprox 10 minswalk away from anika . Rhodes has so much to offer and even faliraki now is becoming an ideal resort for families and couples, comfortable bars ,funfair, waterpark, and great beach which makes the anika studios the ideal base to spend your holiday .

Faliraki is the primary seaside resort village on the Greek island of Rhodes, in the Dodecanese. It is situated on Faliraki Bay, on the northeastern coast, about 14 km south of the town of Rhodes and 10 km southeast of the airport. It is part of the municipality Kallithea.

The rooms are clean and bright with maid service so they are well kept as are the stairs and corridors that connect them . The studios are over three floors (there is no lift) but there are rooms on the ground floor with easy access, the studios all have tiled floors, with a kitchenette and shower room. The kitchenette has electric rings only and fridge with freezer compartment , there is a kettle , there are electric points(adaptors needed) table and two chairs , there are utensils to get you by (knives, forks , spoons ect) cups , plates and glasses.the shower area consists of open shower cubicle(no screen not needed as the area is a fully tiled wet area with drain)there is a sink with a mirror the sleeping area consists of single beds , bedside drawers , wardrobe with hanging space(some hangers provided, and drawers below), there is a vanity table and seat with futher drawers and a larger mirror .the balcony area consists of a table and chairs(most have sea or pool view)

The studios are based around the pool area here you find the reception restaurant and bar area . The pool is well looked after and its surroundings are clean and safe. There is a separate pool table room at one corner of the pool .the bar serves everything from soft drinks , crisps , ice creams to local beers and well known brand drinks. The bar serves excellent food from breakfasts to snacks (toasties , pizzas burgers and salads)and full meals too (chicken ,steaks , pasta, and traditional greek dishes)try some of georges homemade sauces too.
the reception area has safety deposit boxes , telephone(coin operated) an internet service(coin operated) .
there is no children's pool but has a safe shallow area with non slip steps where you can sit by the poolside , there are three toilets inside the reception ,the pool is open to anyone wishing to use these facilities. There are mature gardens around the studios ,these studios are in a quiet area so it is very relaxing,
in the evening guests usually start off in the bar where they get chance to get to know each other and often end up back at the bar at the end of their night out talking with the other guests about their stay well into the early hours (you are in greece after all). Anika studios are very friendly and we find lots of guests returning year by year .if there is anything we can do to help you only have to ask and we will do our best.
