The first one you notice when you enter this fantastic home is the spacious living room decorated with modern furniture and large windows that allow you to enjoy throughout the day the infinite blue of the sea and the beauty of the Greek sky.
Upstairs find two modern bedrooms with king size beds in the case so far for visitors to relax and enjoy the moments idiotikes TO always in company with the sea view and the sound of the birds and the crickets that together they enjoy the Greek summer.
A luxurious bathroom is on this floor and serves these two rooms.
Climbing the stairs to the third floor, your imagination begins to gallop and your heart pounding and when the door opens there you really fall in love!

Going to the pool you facing the amazing beach and the crystal clear waters of the sea. Commode deck chairs and umbrellas are in the pool for eight people and help you to enjoy the warmth of the Sun of Rhodes.

Opening the small wooden door that leads to a stone staircase to descend to the beach.. There, in front of the beach an umbrella and deck chairs are only for your private use.

Cancellation policy:
A cancellation 50 days before arrival date – 50% of rental refunded.
40 days before arrival date – 0 %.
The villa may be occupied by 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
We accept bookings from couples and families only. We do not cater for all male or all female groups. e.g., hen/stag parties. Sofa beds can be used where available for an extra person with supplement charge per night.

The Rhodes / Kiotari Beach area
Rhodes Town with its ever expanding infrastructure including a huge widening progress to the main Rhodes-Lindos road, a new marina, a brand new fully equipped private medical clinic Euromedica as well as a new state hospital, two private schools and the Aegean University, Rhodes attracts professionals, students and visitors from all parts of Greece and abroad. We booked Kiotari Waterfront Pool Villa after an extensive search for the perfect venue to have our wedding ceremony and reception. The location right on the beach in a quiet area of Kiotari was all we had hoped for and more. The villa is luxurious, spacious, stylish and beautifully appointed. The outside area is stunning with large gardens and an infinity pool right on the edge of the beach. The outside built in BBQ area was perfect for the caterers and the view over the sea was the ideal backdrop for our photos. The three floors of the villa provide vast space for a large group. The master bedrooom on the top floor was perfect for the bridal party to get ready as well as a romantic, light and airy bedroom. The two first floor bedrooms are spacious and all have balconies with stunning views. We wanted a venue where we could create our ideal wedding without the contraints of hotels and wedding planners and we achieved exactly that and more. Tsambikos and all the staff at Antonoglou Beach Villas were professional and so helpful in dealing with all our queries and requests and went out of their way to assist us. We wanted to use local small businesses and managed to do that, dealing with them direct and not through a middle man. Sunkissed Ceremonies created a perfect personalised ceremony for us and liaised with Tsambikos as well as the local caterers, florist, photographer and musicians to ensure that we had a perfect day that we will always remember. We look forward to returning to the villa again soon as it is also a wonderful place for any holiday. The island of Rhodes and its wonderful people, in particular Kiotari and the Beachfront Villa will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much for everything.
