Located on the peaceful coast of Gennadi - a coastal village with a great long beach at the south part of Rhodes, just after Lindos and Kiotari at a distance of about 60 km from Rhodes capital. The peaceful beach is mostly sandy. Gennadi offers a fair amount of taverns, restaurants and local attractions Villa Gennadi offers luxury fittings over 3 levels. Features such as a fully appointed kitchen adjoining a dining area which flows on to a large undercover outdoor area. The master bedroom is uniquely private on its own level situated on the second level away from the other bedrooms. The bed positioning allows you to take in views of the Mediterranean and a beautiful sunrise from within the bed, it also features an en suite on the same level. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the first level and also have access to a bathroom on the same. There is also a standalone apartment located next to the villa that has its own bedroom, bath and kitchen areas.

The master bedroom which has a king sized bed is privately situated on its own level complete with private en suite. It features a private balcony with views over the gardens and uninterrupted sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 which have double beds are located together on the 1st level complete with access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 has its own balcony with views while bedroom 3 doesn't have access to a balcony and has bars on the windows making it suitable for younger children. All bedrooms feature air-conditioning, cupboard space and wooden floors.
The standalone apartment located next to the villa features its own separate bedroom, kitchen and lounge area which can comfortably sleep 2 or 3. It features a double ensemble complete with air-conditioning in all areas. There is access to the villa gardens from the lounge area.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, full balance payable 4 weeks prior to holiday. Bookings of less than 6 weeks prior to departure full balance required.

he villa may be occupied by 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
We accept bookings from couples and families only. We do not cater for all male or all female groups. e.g., hen/stag parties. Sofa beds can be used where available for an extra person with supplement charge per night.
