Hennyswell Farm is a semi-detached, character property which is set on a busy working farm, in a quiet location in the outskirts of the village of Reynoldston. It is set at the foot of Cefn Byrn perfect for walkers. The cottage has stunning views from all around including Rhosilli downs. The cottage sleeps up to 5 people in two bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs, it has a fully fitted farmhouse kitchen, living room and family bathroom. It benefits from a large garden which is laid to lawn and has a patio area with decking that has fantastic views over the surrounding countryside.

The double bedroom has stone walls and oak floor boards and a king-size wrought iron bed. It is a spacious room, has a double wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. There are floor to ceiling windows in the double bedroom which you should be aware of, if you have small children in your party.

The twin room is a very light and airy room as it gets the sun in the morning. There is minimal hanging space, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. All bed linen is provided and a cot is available on request.

The family bathroom has a bath, a separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. All towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

The large living room has oak floors, stone walls and exposed beams with French doors leading onto the decking area. There are two settees and a wood burning stove in the ingle nook fireplace. The wood burner provides the main source of heating, but we always have a plentyfull supply of dry logs and central heating is available just to 'top up'. A TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.

The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle and toaster. As the front of the property is south facing it is perfect for breakfast on the decking in the morning.

Although pets are welcome by arrangement, no dogs are to be left unattended. All dogs must sleep in the porch area and are to be kept on a lead. There is a large expanse of common land very close by where they can be exercised. We are only able to accept dogs who are cat friendly and dogs are not allowed to wander around the farm.

Hennyswell Farm is within walking distance to the local pub and a 5* restaurant and is an ideal base for walking and beach holidays as we are a 15 minute drive from the third best beach in Europe - Rhosilli bay. Hennyswell Farm is the perfect setting for family holidays, peace and quiet and outdoor activities.

We have free range chickens, ducks and geese and we market garden so fresh veg and eggs are available to buy when in season. Internet shopping can be delivered to the cottage.

We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay.
