VILLA DESCRIPTION :

Villa Lambros is a 130m² villa near Agios Konstantinos village which is located 15 km away from the city of Rethymno. Actually the villa is located in a peaceful isolated area, 1 km away from the village centre offering full privacy and calmness in the nature to our guests!

The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people in beds and up to 8 people.

On the ground floor there is a large open living room with all the facilities you might need! Next to the living room is the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, which has utensils up to 12 people. Also 1 twin bedroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are rest of bedrooms, 1 double room and 2 single rooms. Also a bath room with bathtub and toilet is on the first floor. There is also a camp-bed and a child bed which can be offered to the guests for free.

The villa has a large outdoors include garden, private parking and swimming pool. A 30 m² private swimming pool is also in the garden with sun beds and umbrellas. The swimming pool is partly separated to be a shallow area for children.

In the lovely planted garden, there is a charcoal barbecue and dining area next to it, it is a perfect environment to enjoy an open air meal!

The villa is close to the village centre of Agios Konstantinos where you can find shops, cafes and traditional taverns, however, the villa is located in an isolated area which you are guaranteed to have total privacy and enjoy your holidays being away from all! The villa Lambros is also a budget friendly and it's the ultimate choice for those looking for an escape to the countryside and enjoy the stillness of the Cretan mountains, the Mediterranean blue waters with the whole family!
