It's got hot/cold air-cond. The bottom fllor has newly fitted kitchen with all mod. cons. (dish washer, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron ...), and utility room. There is a lounge/living room with tv, dvd, home cinema and astra satellite; table for six (maybe eight), toiilet and sitting room with sofa that converts in double bed. In the upper floor it's goot three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite to the master bedroom). Other features includes 2 garages and a large terracotta patio area with furniture for alfresco dinning 6 chairs + 2 sunloungers.

The Cabo de Gata - Nijar Natural Park is a 30km long coastal strip along the Costa de Almeria, which has produced some of the most wonderful beaches and coves in Spain.

The golf course is a few minutes stroll.
Good beach with facilities and new access. It's got a boardwalk and refreshment stands by the beach to taste the local gastronomy, specially fish.
