From the beach house you will see local osprey, great blue heron, bald eagles and pelican diving and catching fish. You may see a thousand Canadian geese arriving together to spend the night near shore. Cardinals, blue birds and other song birds also abound among the magnolias, azaleas, crepe myrtles, dogwoods, and towering pine trees.
The 4300 square foot house features an open floor plan and endless Bay views from every room. The huge great room features a large wood-burning fireplace. It is open to a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a 4-person breakfast bar, and a large dining room with table for 10. The huge front porch, giant all season sun room with foosball and ping-pong tables, or fully-screened rear porch, are all perfect spots for breakfast with the family or to play games or read a good book.
A 400 square foot private studio apartment above the detached garage is included in the rental. It features a Queen bed, full bath, a/c and heat, dining table, HDTV, mini-kitchen and elevated deck to enjoy the great views. The apartment accommodates a small family of 3-4 and is perfect for extra relatives or friends.
All of the bedrooms are oversized. The upstairs King bedroom (23' x 16') features a large in-suite full bathroom with double sinks.
The upstairs Queen bedroom (22' x 14') includes an attached 9' x 4' annex with a full size baby crib and shares both a hallway full bath and a large hallway half bath with the "kids bedroom" (17' x 14') featuring two twin over double bunk beds.
The King bedroom on the first floor (15' x 13') has its own full bath directly across the hall.
