PLEASE NOTE: As these 3 new Beach Rooms have only just been advertised, at the moment we still have vacancies for Christmas and New Year! The Moorings (Number 1) is a delightful Beach Room, superbly located just a few steps away from Rawai Beach, with it’s many idyllic offshore islands nearby, and Longtail Boats moored all along the beach, just waiting to take you there. We also have 2 more identical Beach Rooms - Numbers 2 and 3.
Stunning Nai Haan Beach is just a 5 minute drive away - with crystal clear water and golden sand - perfect for swimming or sunbathing!
The larger resorts of Kata, Karon and Patong are just a 15 minute drive along the spectacular coast road.
The Beach Rooms each sleep 2 people. They are all stylishly furnished, with en-suite Shower Rooms, and are well equipped with TVs, mini bars, Tea & Coffee making facilities, and ADSL high speed internet connection, and of course, Air Conditioning and ceiling fans.

The Phuket Island region
PHUKET with it’s beautiful beaches and idyllic offshore islands, enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 and 36 degrees, making it ideal for enjoying the many activities 12 months of the year. The rainy season (Green Season) runs from May until the end of October, with the last 2 months having the most rainfall. However, even in the Green Season there are still long periods of sunshine each day. The Green Season is a lovely time to visit Phuket as it is quieter and the weather can still be glorious!
GOLFING: Phuket has many first class courses with standards of facilities undreamt of elsewhere. Caddies are provided at all courses, and green fees are surprisingly low. SAILING: with so many interesting islands offshore, and warm sea temperatures all year round – what sailing enthusiast could resist? Why not try a SUNSET CRUISE? DIVING AND SNORKELLING: The Andaman Sea has some of the best dive sites in the world, including the prestine SMILIAN ISLANDS, with stunning Coral Reefs and Marine Life. There are many PADI DIVE SCHOOLS nearby, with fees far lower than found in most other countries. CANOE ADVENTURES: in Phang Nga Bay, where you navigate your canoe through narrow passages and small caves into landlocked lagoons!!! A great day out and we strongly recommend it! PHI PHI ISLANDS: are just a boat ride away. Thailand’s “Jewel in the Crown”, these islands are what dreams are made of. Visit beautiful MAYA BAY where “The Beach” was filmed. Make it a mini adventure and stay overnight at one of the Bungalow Resorts right on the beach. You can catch a Ferry from Phuket Town (approx 3 hours), or take a Speedboat from Rawai Beach (approx 30 mins) TEMPLES; Phuket has many Temples, but the largest and most important is Wat Chalong – only a 15 minute drive away, and well worth a visit. On the way you could also visit the huge new Buddha, which is in the middle of construction, high up on a hill overlooking almost all of Phuket. It’s quite a sight! ZOO & AQUARIUM – both the Zoo and Aquarium are interesting and fun trips out. PHUKET TOWN – is like a mini Bangkok and fascinating. We have detailed a 2 hour walk, which takes you around the Market, Chinese Temples, old colonial-style Mansions, and the heart of the Chinese Quarter. PATONG – Patong is famous for it’s beach with every type of watersports, but possibly more famous for it’s outrageous nightlife? Take a late night stroll through the busy streets and you’re sure to see some of the ”beautiful” Lady Boys!
PHUKET IS WELL PLACED FOR VISITS FURTHER AFIELD – with excellent local Airlines, busses and trains:- BANGKOK is definitely on the “must do” list – with endless places to visit, including The Grand Palace, The Floating Market, River Cruises and much more. CHAING MAI in the North, is a great place to explore. Visit the Hill Tribes and the famous “Golden Triangle” where Thailand, Burma and Laos all meet. ANGKOR WAT in Cambodia – a fascinating historical site with many Temples.

RAWAI AND NAI HAAN
There are so many things to enjoy in our local area. Here are a few: - RESTAURANTS – Rawai has many great Restaurants, and we will recommend all our favourites - including our new restaurant - Coconut Paradise Bar & Restaurant - right on Rawai Beach front! PROMTHEP CAPE – just a 5 minute drive away, has stunning views, and a perfect spot to watch the fabulous sunsets. MASSAGE – Available either in Air Conditioned Massage Salons, or right on the Beach, or you can even have one in your own Villa – take your choice! WATERSPORTS – Nai Haan Beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. Rawai Beach is the place to catch a Longtail Boat out to the offshore islands, and Kata, Karon and Patong Beaches are the busier beaches with Jet Skies, Paragliding, Water Ski-ing and Windsurfing etc. SHOPPING – there are small grocery and fruit shops locally, or a 20 minute drive to the larger Shopping Malls near Phuket Town, or the fabulous new shopping centre, Jungceylon in Patong. CINEMA – again, a 20 minute drive will take you to the FIRST CLASS CINEMA – showing all the latest films. THAI CUISINE – Thai food is renowned for its quality and diversity – and for being as much a feast for the eyes as for the stomach! COOKERY CLASSES are held locally too, so why not learn how to cook your favourite dish so you can enjoy it back home? THAI PEOPLE – there are so many good things to be said about Thailand, and the local Thai people are definitely to be included on the list. Always friendly, always smiling – a joy to get to know.
How to get there
Regular flights leave the UK from various Airports, most flying directly to Bangkok – but some have a stop over en route. From Bangkok, you catch a short flight on to Phuket. We recommend Thai Airways – www.thaiairways.com – although they are not always the most economical. For price comparisons try www.ebookers.com or www.airline-network.co.uk We can arrange for a taxi to meet you at Phuket Airport (cost approx £10) Car or Bike Hire can be arranged locally, and we are only too pleased to help. We all know that Exchange Rates fluctuate and in these uncertain economic times, we have decided not to alter prices due to the changing Exchange Rates for payments made into our Sterling UK Bank Account.
However, ANY payments for Last Minute Bookings that require payment on day of arrival, WILL be required to be paid in cash in Thai Baht.
