Ideal for large families or a group of friends, the apartment sleeps up to 7 persons and covers 4067 sq ft (approx 130 sqm) of luxury accommodation with 3.5 bedrooms.
Upon entering the apartment, you reach the living area with its large comfy couch facing the screen of the projector TV and the bar to the left hand side. Behind te couch, the dining table is set for family gathering and is popular for a more formal dinner party.
Towards the end of the hallway, the master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, en-suite marble bathroom, work desk and Cable TV/Dvd player. The bedroom has a direct access to the two spacious sun terraces with their sun loungers and their spectacular sun rises.
Adjoining the master bedroom, a large twin bedroom is an ideal location for any accompanying children. This bedroom would share a bathroom with the third double bedroom with a king sized bed and has the privilege of its own private balcony.
Upstairs, the loft boasts the kids room has a single bed/sofa, with TV and the PS2/DVD and a large collection of games and movies. There is also a lockable access to the viewing balcony. This room is often used as sleeping arrangement for the children and their nannies.
The most noteworthy feature of The Penthouse however are the spectacular view from the lounge balcony and the large sun terraces complete with sun loungers, garden furniture and outdoor rain shower! The environment of the terrace brings you true privacy should you prefer to stay on your own as opposed to using one of the four pools or the beach at the Resort.
The Penthouse can also be rented together with The Elysian and, combined, both apartments can sleep up to 14 people yet both are fully self contained and provide an ideal choice for a holiday accommodation on Phuket.

The Phuket Island region
Lying on the fringe of the Andaman Sea off the west coast of Southern Thailand, the island of Phuket is approximately 890km from Bangkok. It is Thailands largest island at 550sq km, roughly the same size as Singapore.
The name Phuket is apparently derived from the word bukit in Malay which means mountain or hill, as this is what the island appears like from a distance.
Phuket is surrounded by many smaller islands that add a further 70 sq km to its total land area. Phuket is separated from the mainland by the Chong Pak Phra channel at its northernmost point, where a causeway connects the island to the mainland.
Phuket is quite mountainous. There are a couple of peaks above 500m, the highest being Mai Tao Sipsong at 529m. Many of these are covered in lush jungle. The lowlands consist of rice paddies, plantations of rubber, pineapple and coconut as well as the only significant area of rainforest remaining on the island, Khao Phra Thaeo Park which is now protected.

How to get there
By Air Although Phuket is an island, getting here is very straightforward. The majority of tourists arrive through Phuket International Airport (HKT). However, you can also get to Phuket by road, rail (in a roundabout way), and of course by sea if you have your own boat.
Getting to Phuket by air couldn't be easier. Phuket is served by an international airport with a number of scheduled and charter flights from Europe and around Asia.
By Road Phuket is about 867km (539 miles) from Bangkok, with a travelling time of approximately 10 hours. There are many car rental companies in Bangkok, both international firms such as Avis and Budget, as well as local companies.
