After-Dark Sledding Fun Fun sledding adventure from the Kreuzboden Off we gooooooooo ! Zoom down into the valley along the groomed, floodlit toboggan run. The Kreuzboden Lift is open in the evening from 7:00 until 8:30. The ride up costs € 5/person. You can rent toboggans from Rauris' sports stores, or right at the base station of the Kreuzboden Lift.
How to get there
By Air Salzburg Airport is approximately 1 hours drive and is serviced by several low cost airlines. Numerous car hire companies are available at the airport. (SIXT)

4 hours from Venice 10.5 hours from Northern Europe ferry ports (Car transfer on train available to Taxenbach 10 km from Rauris)
By Train: The Chalet in Rauris is accessible by train from Salzburg. Taxenbach (10km by bus or taxi) is serviced by rail by Salzburg to Zell am See line.
By Bus: There is a good local post-bus service linking Rauris with Zell am See and other local centres. The buses are complimentary with the Salzburgerland area ski pass.

The lift and stairs both terminate in the basement, which houses a separate secure ski room for each apartment, and has an underground walkway to the reserved car parking areas.
