About the home

Sitting pretty on the edge of the village, with wide views up to the Schonblick Glacier, the valley and Rauris itself make an ideal holiday destination.

The apartment has been equipped to an extremely high standard, and comprises a large spacious open plan area, incorporating fully fitted kitchen area, dining area, and a stylish lounge seating area positioned for maximum access to the marvellous views of the surrounding countryside.

There is also six 3 bedroom luxury apartments within the Elisabeth building. Apartments 1 and 2, situated on the ground floor have the benefit of full disabled access. Apartments 3 and 4, situated on the second floor have interlocking doors, permitting access between the two apartments. Apartments 5 and 6, situated on the third floor, have an exceptional viewpoint of the surrounding country side, a benefit shared with the other apartments in the block. They all have under floor heating, solid oak flooring and all six are fully furnished.
Prices start from £625.00 - £2500 per week.
Corporate bookings available within the whole of the Elisabeth building, up to 22 double bedrooms.

Take in panoramic views from the ski area, or a view from the foot of a 3,000-metre mountain in the valley head of Kolm-Saigurn out towards the Hoher Sonnblick, the Rauris Valley opens a doorway to a delightful winter's fairytale.

Whether it be cross-country trails traversing Alpine meadows, winter hiking paths in the Seidlwinkltal, the glorious ski-touring area in the historic centre of Rauris itself, with more than 40 mine-owners' homes - you can never see enough, never have your fill of these breathtaking impressions.

The lift and stairs both terminate in the basement, which houses a separate secure ski room for each apartment, and has an underground walkway to the reserved car parking areas.

Zoom down into the valley along the groomed, floodlit toboggan run. The Kreuzboden Lift is open in the evening from 7:00 until 8:30. The ride up costs € 5/person.
You can rent toboggans from Rauris' sports stores, or right at the base station of the Kreuzboden Lift.
