The small Print
Relaxed cancellation policy (14 days before full refund less booking fee).
Heating, bedding and bed linen included.
No more than 6 people sleeping in the house at any one time.
Check out 10am check in 2pm although we will be flexible where possible.
Happy to be flexible on arrival days - where possible!
No smoking indoors - and sorry no pets.
Although there is an alternative 7 minute walk on the level, the usual approach is at the lake up and take 5 minute walk up (about 200 steps), so easier if you are fit! Easier too if you bring two small bags rather than one large one. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for infirm.
Welcome packages available.
Free internet connection available for normal email/browsing.
Guests are responsible for the disposal of rubbish during their stay and for general tidying on departure.
A charge of €10 per small bag will be deducted from the bond at check out for any rubbish not sorted or removed from the house
€120 final cleaning/laundry per stay payable in euros.
Guests should report any damage/concerns immediately to give us the opportunity to repair/address or any reimbursements may be affected.
Accidental damage deposit of €200, payable on arrival in euros or your own currency. At check out any damage will be taken from the bond and the balance will be returned.
