The price quoted is the cost to hire the villa per week. Holidays that straddle price breaks are calculated pro rata. Prices include maid service, electricity, wifi (ground floor) and air conditioning (bedrooms only), as well as linen and house towels (please bring your own for the beach and pool). For mid/low season please ask about discounts for parties of 6 or fewer before booking.
A £250 damages deposit is also payable with the balance. Payment only through Trip Advisor/Holiday Lettings site.
