The apartment is quoted for 2 ADULTS (please contact us to quote a rate for a different number of people). SPECIAL OFFER FOR FAMILIES .
All of our rates include: 1 set of linen, 1 set of towels each and final cleanings, ELECTRICITY, WATER, AIR CONDITIONING, WI-FI connection and any other cost in the apartment. No hidden cost. Extra cleaning(15 euro) and change of linen (7 euro per person) to pay on demand. No food service. No reception (I'm the “flying reception”).
City tax: 1,5 euro per person (older than 12 years old) per day for the first 4 nights; kitchen utensils, soap and detergent for dishes and washing machine ; baby chair and cot (subject to availability);
Transfer from/to Catania airport on request (60 euro for 2 people one way);

On demand: Baby-sitting (extra pay); transfer from the airport to the apartment FOR 2 PEOPLE ( 60 € one way trip).
Extra cleaning (15 euro) and change of linen (7 euro per person) to pay on demand.

FOR FAMILIES: the families up to 2 sons aged under 12 years old pay the price for 2 people!!!
