From 11th July to 5th September, it is only possible to book by the week. You can leave before the week is finished, but must pay for the whole week.weekDISCOUNTS
A discount of 100 euros is available to those who book 2 or more consecutive weeks.
Long lets during the winter months are available. Please ask for details.
Our changeover days are Saturdays, please do not arrive before 4pm.
A deposit of 1000 pounds must be paid to secure the spot. This is usually non refundable; but if I can fill your space, in the event of cancellation, you'll get most of it back. The balance must be paid two months before your holiday begins.
A security deposit of 1000 euros CASH must be paid on arrival. This will be refunded the week after your departure, less any deductions. Deductions occur from damage, breakages and if the property is left in a sorry state.
The person who books for the holiday will be responsible for the conduct of the party and will be responsible for any costs above those covered by the deposit.
Evening meals, collection from the airport and a taxi service can all be can all be provided. Enquire for details if this appeals to you.
