There is a 50 euro key deposit payable on arrival, which is refunded on departure, any breakages must be paid for. 15% discount for bookings made within 7 days of arrival in Mid and High season. Any bookings less than a week will incure a 50 euro cleaning charge. Airport transfers 50€ each way.
Rental Terms & Conditions Reservations are accepted by us only on the basis of the information on the Booking Form together with the following booking conditions: 1. Payment For reservations made more than 3 weeks before the holiday start date, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable. In the case of bookings made less than 3 weeks before arrival, full payment is due on booking. Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros. 2. Balance Outstanding The full balance of the total holiday cost is payable not later than 3 weeks before the arrival date and if not paid we reserve the right to cancel the holiday booking, in which case the deposit will not be refunded. 3. Cancellation If the hirer wishes to cancel their holiday booking, this must be done in writing, fax or e-mail, by the Party Leader to us. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges become payable: Amount of days notification prior to arrival date Cancellation Charge as a % of total holiday cost More than 60 days Full Refund 59 - 22 days Deposit Only 21- 0 days 100% 4. Booking Alterations If, for any reason beyond our control, we have to cancel the arrangements made for the hirer, a full refund will be made of the rental money paid. 5. Occupancy The rental period is from 3 pm on the day of arrival (the holiday start) to 11 am on the day of departure (the holiday finish), Later departure times, we will do our best to accommodate. Please leave the property clean and tidy with the inventory complete. Any damage or breakages within the complex and apartment or contents must be paid for before departure. 6. Liability Whilst that we make every effort to ensure that the property description is accurate and that the property meets the required standards the agent cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made to the property or its amenities that are beyond its reasonable control. Nor can it accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of condition of the property and its appearance, plumbing, electrical or otherwise, exceptional weather conditions, or owner’s negligence. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, cars and their contents of the hirer or any member of the party during the holiday.
