There are no additional costs. Electricity, linens, towels, heating, cleaning materials etc, are all included. Standard week is Saturday to Saturday. Other breaks are available outside of the peak period. Weekend rate (2 nights) when available is £280.00. I also would do midweek breaks on the same basis. I do not charge for cot or high chair use. The only extra will be if additional cleaning is needed or washing up is left. Damage deposit is not made, but I reserve the right to charge for anything other than minor breakages.
