• Notes on Prices Prices are fully inclusive for the property per week in UK Pounds (although payment can also be made in Euros if preferred) and includes the cost of cleaning, full use of the air-conditioning and if required, a cot, high-chair, and changing-mat. No extra charges for Easter, Christmas, or New Year holidays. Prices are negotiable for longer lets. • Changeover Day Changeover day is flexible in order to enable guests get the best deals on flights. Normally, the apartment should be vacated by 10:00am and arrivals should be after 4:00pm although these times are also flexible depending on the arrival/departure times of other guests. • Booking Notes A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance together with a refundable security deposit of £100 should then be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Assuming there's no accidental damage the security deposit will be returned in full within a maximum of 14 days after the end of the holiday.
Please book directly with the owners. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder payable 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday. We would advise you to take out cancellation insurance to cover all eventualities. Prior to the start of the holiday, all guests are provided with an information pack. This includes, amongst other things, driving directions to Moraira and information on where to meet the owner's local agent in order to be taken safely and conveniently to the apartment. If required, a 'welcome' pack can also be purchased directly from the owner's agent just in case the local shops are closed when you arrive.
