The rental price includes bed linen and towels.
We check every property before new guests to make sure it is clean, tidy and ready for you. At the end of your stay, you can either clean the appartment or we can arrange this for you for 50€
The tariffs include normal usage of electricity between April and October.
During the rest of the year , the rent includes an allowance of 25€ which is normally sufficient for your stay , and consumption above this is billed at cost.
