These rates include 'meet and greet' by our local agents who will meet you at their offices close to the property, show you how to get there and make sure you know where everything is and how everything works. (Please note that there is an additional 25 Euro charge, payable locally if you arrive between the hours of 9pm and 9am). Rates also includes pre - and post occupancy cleaning. If you wish to have the property cleaned during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional cost: please let us know when booking. Deposit of 20% of the total booking cost payable to secure your dates Balancing payment due at least 14 days prior to your holiday Security deposit of £150 required with final balance payment. This will be refunded to you when you leave the property undamaged. We are able to accept payment by credit or debit card via paypal. However, please note that there is a fee of 3.4% payable to do this (3.9% if your card is registered outside of the UK).
A 20% deposit will secure your preferred dates, with the balance of the amount due payable at least 14 days prior to your holiday. Please note that, if you are arriving or leaving on the same day as other guests arrive or leave, there may be some restriction on access times to the apartment. We do ask for guest's flight details, so that we can warn our local agents that you are coming - and also warn you/ other guests if there is likely to be any delay/ timing issues. This is unlikely to be a problem except in the high season.
