Changeover flexible normally on Sundays, arrive after 1600 hrs and depart by 1000 hrs please.
Payment of min £250 secures the booking and is retained as a deposit against damage. This sum (less the cost of damages) is returned after your holiday. The owner reserves the right to retain the deposit for holidays cancelled.
The full weekly cost is payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. Failure to make this payment jeopardises both the booking and the deposit (at the discretion of the owner).
Cost is inclusive of local taxes, linen, electricity, water, WiFi, TV/DVD, underfloor,heating, hot water, cleaning after your stay and parking for 2 cars.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start date of the holiday are to be paid in full, plus a min £250 deposit.
Guests with limited mobility should discuss their requirement before confirming the booking.
