Rental deposit - a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. This is non refundable in case of cancellation.
Final payment and security deposit - the balance of the rental, together with a EURO 500 security deposit, is payable eight weeks before the start of the rental period. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.
The security deposit is required to cover the potential cost of damage to the property and/or its contents during the rental. This sum does not limit the Client's liability to the Owner. The Owner will refund the security deposit to the Client within two weeks of the end of the rental less any costs that have been incurred.
Electricity - will be charged during the months of September - April (inclusive).
