PRICES IN EURO AND RENTING PERIODS FOR VILLA CASA ABUELA AND FINCA RETAMA FARMHOUSE APARTMENT
Prices for VILLA CASA ABUELA:
High Season: 160€ per day: June 1st-September 14th, Easter week and Christmas through to New Year
Mid Season: 130€ per day: April 15th - May 30th, September 15th - October 14th
Low Season: 100€ per day: October 15th - April 14th (except Easter week)
FINCA RETAMA FARMHOUSE APARTMENT:
High Season: 140€ per day: June 1st-September 14th, Easter week and Christmas through to New Year
Mid Season: 120€ per day: April 15th - May 30th, September 15th - October 14th
Low Season: 100€ per day: October 15th - April 14th (except Easter week)
10% discount for bookings of over 2 weeks, when both holiday lets are rented together to the same party and for repeat guests.
Please note that we ask for a small charge of €15 per day during the winter month to help with the extremely high heating costs.
Also available for long-term rentals in low season at reduced rates.
