Rental costs are inclusive of parking (next to the villa) electricity, air-conditioning/heating, bed linen, towels including beach towels, an arrival and departure clean. They can also arrange the following at an extra cost payable by you locally: Welcome food packs, extra cleaning and linen/towels. A Cot, High Chair, Car seat & Zed bed are provided free of charge. Free high speed broadband/Wi-Fi Internet. Our villa has sporting rights for 6 people, therefore, you are entitled to residents discount off golf green fees also discounts for tennis court hire. This property has been refurbished to a very high standard.
