A booking fee is payable to Holiday Lettings at the time of booking and a £200 damage deposit is also payable. The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of your vacating the villa subject to no breakages during your stay otherwise deductions will be made accordingly. The following deductions will also apply: Loss of keys £50. Removing keys from key fob £200. More than 6 people + a baby/toddler staying without permission £200. Any complaints whatsoever received about noise disturbance from nearby properties will result in the loss of the £200 deposit. Failure to check out by 12.00 noon £200.
