Re: COVID19. We are allowing 3 days between each arrival/departure, please enquire about available dates and to confirm prices, min stay 7 nights. This will hinder our bookings but will consider the requirements of my cleaner and those visiting and seem sensible for the foreseeable future.
We are also suggesting guests bring their own linen, sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. We will be preparing the property for future bookings and will be taking a more stringent cleaning regime. The temporary option for guest to bring their own linen allows my cleaner to focus on cleaning and preparation.
All prices are for the main house only (max 4 adults and 1 child). We ask for a damage deposit fee of up to £250 to be applied by Holiday Lettings for any damage found/notified within 10 days of checkout on all bookings.
TO BOOK PLEASE CONTACT US: We will email (or post) a copy of our Booking Conditions and Agreement and on receipt of the security deposit and a completed and signed booking form we will confirm your booking. We understand that Holiday Lettings offer an optional insurance which is dealt with by Holiday Lettings and is independent of our own rental charges.
