A deposit of & £150 is required upon booking. This should be received within 7 days of booking to secure the villa for the dates requested. The balance should be paid 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £150 would also be required to cover avoidable damage or loss at the villa; if no such events arise, this is refunded in full on your return.
