Payments accepted by bank transfer or cheque

A reservation deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival
Villa is available from 3pm on day of arrival and checkout time is 10 am

A refundable security deposit of £250 is required to be paid at the time of booking. Ths will be refunded to you after your departure once the keys have been returned and a satisfactory final inspection of the property is carried out.

A cleaning charge of 110 euros is payable on arrival to our representative. Additional mid stay cleaning can be arranged are are payable locally.

All members of the party must have holiday insurance cover

All linen and towels are provided (except beach towels)
